Did you know your brain actually sees movement as a threat? We will break down the brain and help you understand the blocks that exist and how to move through them. You will gain a good understanding of the chemical reactions that happen with movement and how to incorporate this into your longtime health and happiness. We will create a plan to help you continuously move through the various blocks that can come up on your movement journey.

MOVEMENT MOTIVATION AND MOOD ENHANCEMENT
You will receive tools to help with movement motivation and learn how to track measurements that matter. No more counting calories, reps, and steps. No more focus on losing weight, inches, and pant sizes. This is all about GAINING! Gaining energy, confidence, focus, health, and connection. You will learn to use movement as a tool to improve your mood and gain the feeling you desire throughout your day.

MAKE MOVEMENT MATTER EFFORTLESSLY EVERY DAY
You will learn tricks to help you make time for movement every day without guilt, stress, and anxiety. Learn tools to sneak it in, make it fun, and incorporate it in your relationships. Together we will set goals and hold each other accountable. We will share ideas on how we get it in our days and move like we did when we were kids - effortlessly and with excitement.

BODY CONFIDENCE AND SELF LOVE
We will improve our confidence and work on body blocks and barriers. We will begin to see our bodies for it's function and not its flaws. No more body judging and insecurities. You will begin to see your body for the amazing vehicle it is and start to treat it better than you ever have.
